As per Article II, Section 1:
"A Minister of Parliament shall be removed by the Emperor or Chancellor if they lose their citizenship, they do not post on the forums for 21 days, or they do not vote on five consecutive motions."
MP Annabull shall be removed from Parliament due to not posting for over 21 days. They are welcome to reapply for Parliament if they become more active in the future.
