The government of Sylestone has decided that there shall be rules for WA nations in Saarland. These shall include that EVERY WA nation MUST endorse the current delegate. All in favour post here

I do not agree with this mandate.
Simply put, not every WA Nation cares about regional politics, and we can't force them to care. If we take such an authoritarian approach to the WA Delegate, we'll just push people away. Currently we have several messages encouraging new nations to endorse the delegates, but if they don't, well, we can't force them, and kicking them out won't make Saarland stronger.
On the other hand, once we grow some more, an endorsement cap could be useful. This means that no nation besides the Delegate may gather more than X number of endorsements, X being some number significantly less than what the Delegate has. This ensures security. However, until we grow, such a cap would be very low and unnecessary.

I fully agree with Kaisersesch. Reading back on it, you guys are correct. But if we become a superpower then we could think about it
